Policies


Cancellation:
Meetings

  • Less than 14 days prior to the date booked, will be charged 100% of the rental cost of the room(s).
  • 15 to 30 days: 50% of the rental cost of the room(s) will be charged.

Weddings

  • Less than 60 days prior to the date booked, will be charged 100% of the rental cost.
  • 60 to 90 days: 50% of the rental cost will be charged.

Deposits:
Meetings

  • $100 deposit will be taken at the time confirmation of your meeting is made.

Weddings

  • 50% nonrefundable deposit, equivalent to the event charges, is due upon confirmation of booking.

Food and/or Beverages

  • In-house catering services are provided. Outside catering is not allowed.
  • Requirements must be ordered at least 7 days prior to the scheduled function.
  • Final guaranteed guest count is required 7 days prior to the event. If final numbers are not in by this date, the inn reserves the right to charge the original contract number or actual number of guests served, whichever is greater.

Alcohol

  • For light toasting only. 
  • We do not allow for open bars because of liquor license laws.

Music

  • We do not allow DJ's or dance floors, out of respect for our neighbors and staying guests.

Smoking

  • Smoking is permitted outside only, in our designated areas.

Other

  • The use of staples, tacks, tape or glue are not permitted on the walls of our conference room facilities. Green painters tape may be used, and will be supplied upon request.

  • Open 7 days a week.
  • Attic Room - Available from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
  • Terrace Room - Available from 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.
  • Dining, Foyer Rooms - Available from 11:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.
